5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1. Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate, instant access granted upon enrollment, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. 5.2. An exception may be made if a request for cancellation and refund is received in writing to info@deltabrand.com more than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the Course or training program. 5.3. If access to the Course materials (including downloadable files or login credentials) has been provided or the Course has already commenced, the User is ineligible for a refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All content on the Website and within the Courses, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and the compilation of all content, is the property of DELTA S TRADE LINK or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2. License to You: When you purchase a Course, the School grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the Course content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. 6.4.
