1. Introduction and Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which users (“You”) may cancel their enrollment or request a refund for the educational courses, training programs, and workshops (“Courses”) offered by DELTA S TRADE LINK, operating as Delta Business School.
2. General Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Our Courses often involve the instant or near-instantaneous granting of access to proprietary digital content, videos, documents, and other copyrighted materials immediately upon purchase (such as the one-day program priced at ₹4999/-).
- Final Sale: Due to the intangible and immediate nature of the digital goods and services provided, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable.
- No Refunds After Access: Once access to the Course materials, login credentials, or any part of the proprietary content has been delivered to your email or account, or once the live or scheduled Course has commenced, you are ineligible for any refund.
3. User Cancellation (Applicable Before Access)
A user may request a cancellation and refund only under the following strict conditions:

4. Cancellation by Delta Business School
The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, technical issues, low enrollment, or unavailability of the instructor (Mr. V. Senthilkumar).
- If the School cancels a Course entirely: Enrolled users will be offered the option of a full refund or enrollment in the next available batch/date.
- If the School reschedules a Course: Enrolled users who cannot attend the new date must notify us within 7 days of the rescheduling notice to receive a full refund.
5. Procedure for Refund Request
- Initiation: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@deltabrand.com.
- Required Information: The request must include your full name, email address used for enrollment, phone number, the name of the Course purchased, and the reason for the request.
- Review: The School will review the request against the terms of this policy. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
- Processing: If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 15–20 business days after the request is approved. Note that the receiving bank or payment gateway may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
